Bright light pink color, with fine, intense and persistent perlage. Fruity aromas with nuances of guava and cherry in syrup. Slight notes of toasted bread and yeast.
Firth fermentation – prolonged alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Second fermentation in autoclaves by the Charmat method, at low temperatures. In contact with yeast for six months.
